Overview
The Couch to 5K (C25K) program is a nationally recognized, evidence-based fitness initiative designed to help individuals transition from sedentary lifestyles to completing a 5K through structured run/walk intervals over approximately eight weeks.
Led by ThriveShift, the program activates trusted community partners—healthcare organizations, churches, schools, and employers- to support participants in consistent movement practices that promote long-term health outcomes.

C25K is intentionally designed for individuals of all fitness levels, with a focus on populations disproportionately impacted by chronic disease and limited access to wellness resources.
